I need pictures taken this Saturday for a sweet 16. Depending on weather would i be able to get the pics taken here?

No you have to be staying there to get pictures.

Yes there are lots of great outdoor areas for pics, if you need to do pics inside itnwill work but not ideal

If you're paying for the use of their property, I can't understand why they wouldn't allow you to take pictures. You should be good to go.
