If you go in to get a library card you will need your licence and a pice of mail that shows your address. They can help you set up an account. It’s on the computer and took my 15 minutes to complete. The library card allows you check out books and participate in the events.
They have different kind of events every year, but you don't need membership to participate. Membership have 2 benefits, first is borrow books, second is use their computers.
