For patient appointments @ Gavin Herbert Institute you may park up on top of the hill and remeber your stall number to provide when you check in for your appointment.
If you are having eye surgery that day you can park in the lower level, but if it's just a regular appointment then the upper level on the hill. In either case you must give the receptionist your stall number to avoid a ticket.
