Has the menu changed since new ownership took over? Were they able to keep the chef? Also, do they have pork osso bucco only on Saturday nights still?

I was there twice in the last few weeks. Yes the chef is still there. I don't eat pork osso bucco so I didn't look at the menu for it. The restaurant to me is beautiful. Service & food GREAT.
