Spent this past weekend there from out of town. Every night we returned to the room, we found that our key was deactivated, prompting us to have to keep going to the front desk to reactivate it. On top of that, my mom's bag, full of her meds, keys, tablet, journal and other personal items mysteriously disappears. We contacted the customer service line to report it. They inform her that it was "found" and turned into the lost & found. They transfer her to lost & found. They state the opposite. Nothing of the such was turned, co-signed by the front desk. Needless to say, the issue was never resolved, we had to get back home, and the bag was never "found." Stay away! Or do not leave personal belongings behind even when just temporarily leaving the hotel. Things magically disappear 🤬

Positive: the night person was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was ready in a bag and consisted of sausage egg and cheese biscuit to heat in microwave, an apple, a blueberry muffin. There was coffee and some yogurt in the fridge. Negative: One guest was loud getting out of car about 2 am. Another was tapping his car horn about 4 am to pick up someone.

This place was terrible. It swelled of cigarettes in a non smoking room. The comforter had a yellow pee stain. The vinyl floor was put over broken floor underneath.
