Can be possible but there are other causes to consider. Vibration of tires can be caused for many reasons 1- Cheap tires 2- Thin rotors/drums 3- bad suspention 4- bad end links/tie rods/ball joints 5-Shiming, bad rack and pinion 6-tires not balanced or a missing weight. 7- car needs alightment. 8- bulgy tires. Etc. Etc. Etc.
