Had to switch I was automatically assigned this garbage clinic. They will never answer the phone, they don't care if you're dying. I know the receptionists are some entitled cholas who can't be bothered to do their work.

I don’t understand how everytime I go they’re fully staff, see nurses doing nothing at all sitting down & no one answers the freaken phone!!!!!!!

Their service is horrible. The phone rings and rings and no one picks up. When they do pick up you get placed on the longest hold then get hung up on. The nurses and customer service representatives have the worst attitude and cut you off after a couple words to transfer you to a department that never answers. I’m nine calls in and still haven’t been able to get through to speak to the pediatric department.

No! No! No! No!!!! This people really like to make lose time had called for an appointment some lady apparently had made my appointment on a Monday at 6:25am , show up at 6 not open yet had to wait with the kids outside at the cool for 15 mins they still had me waiting down stairs cuz apparently the kids doctor was not here yet it is 6:52 they called me to upstairs cuz theres already someone and when I get there they ask my info to look up just say that they never set up an appointment!!!!!!! Wth! Never coming back here !!
