My car was towed here after a false tow from the HOA covering my building because my parking pass fell from hanging due to the heat melting/softening the plastic and I went to get my car back and the tow company broke the bumper brackets on the left side of my bumper and the bumper was popped out. Livid to say the least to an already rough situation. They made me fill out a complaint form and it seemed like it will go nowhere.

You will loose hope in humanity. Customer service is nonexistent. They make you wait needlessly. You can hear people partying in the back while the front tells you wait we have no one to take you to ur car. May gd have mercy on your soul if your car ends up here.

Completely destroyed my vehicles body panels. Stole my rims and tore off my front bumper. Beware!!! They are absolutely horrible and dishonest. These crooks have 0% respect for other peoples property. Biggest Thiefs. These criminals need to be jailed.
