Making an appointment is courteous to others but in my 18 years of experience with the Bird Shop, they will make every attempt to assist you.

You do not need an appointment. However, without an appointment, you may have to wait since other people made an appointment. The Bird Shop will accommodate your bird for wing or nail trimming. You can call and make an appointment or walk in. Saturdays are usually the busiest day for wing and nail clippings.
