Hello, thanks for your question, we are not connected with the grocery store "Boise Co-op" but are an acupuncture clinic that functions as a co-op in Boise. So we are a non-profit, charge on a sliding scale, and have members. You don't have to be a member to receive treatments. And currently our sliding scale is $20-$50 (+$10 for new patients).
No, I don't think so. But the price varies. You pay what you can afford, basically. And it's on your honor, no verification. So you can pay anything between $15-40.
I don't think it's part of the Boise co-op. The prices are very low and they're very good at their job.
