The short answer is no. If a member of your party has Celiac's or something similar they might let you bring in something small. But like all others have said, bring it in an ice chest, leave it in the car, get a hand stamp on your way out and eat lunch at the car. We do it everytime.
I know many people bring food and leave it in their vehicles. You can get your hand stamped to go to the vehicle and go back inside. Food in the park is rather expensive. Even if you do just have hot dogs. Kids meals are $8.99. A jumbo dog and fries is $10.99. I just added a picture of their menu to my review I posted a month ago. Should be able to find it. Hope it helps.
If you say you have a food allergy they will let you bring in small snacks.
They do check bags but people leave stuff in the car like ice chest.
It depends. We have brought in small snacks like granola bars bottles of water etcetera and have not been questioned. However I see people in the parking lot eating pizzas and burgers.
