Had Great Customer Service here before! But I had to change my rating due to the fact that, a part I was looking for, I understand the part was in immaculate condition , but for $500.00, when everyone else had it for $100.00 , was a bit much and ok, it's a nice door, but that kind of mark up ? Come on be serious.

First time calling to see if they had a part available. The guy who answered the phone was super rude. This is coming from someone with their own auto shop. First and last time I give them a call.

Guy at the counter wasnt very smart. I was looking for a ford 8.8" rear end. Told him any ford explorer 2007-2010. He demanded specific years because he was going strictly by the system.. i thought well ok then pick a dam year between 2007 amd 2010 they are all the same..

Horrible customer service, waited weeks for a part to be ready to be picked up..I had to call everyday to remind them, generally Gus, please don’t deal with him. Nice guy but horrible customer service. I recommend other locations over this one. Waste of time!!

Call they will ask for more information about your car. If we can't take your car we will give you information on more places that may take your vehicle. As of now all yards that collect cars are filled up to the rim, so they all have to be very selective on what cars they do take.
Please call them directly and ask the desk person what you need, they have all kind of motors and parts.I'm sorry I don't know anything about cars except,driving it.
