11am. However at about 10am they let cars park and people will start to line up. Then around 1030am they let the public enter the park and they hold everyone at the 2 entrances that allow people access to the water rides until 11am. So if you want a good spot to relax when your not in the water you should think about getting there early.
Yes, and we were a little late today (11:15) and there was a 10 min line. Park was fine (we rode slides continuously with 4 people in front of us each time for an hour) but had to choose a different home base than we wanted.
