Sometime they do that and I hate it . I know the owner I'll make sure he see this .
With the volume of customers that eat there and the amount of staff I saw on duty having to call for a server is nessary being under staffed during peak hours. It's no one's fault really looks like everyone is trying it's just hard to keep up with the popularity of the business.
Bad service I had to stop to tell them that I was missing things, they take a long time to attend and when they bring the food it is cold
I didnt have a problem with the waiter what i did have a problem with was the refill on my drink..they charged considering the drinks there are from a can!
The thing is it was 10 am on a weekday and we just kept getting passed by, put it like this we even had to sit ourselves down and found a booth on the florence side of the restaurant on a clear sight Of the waitresses so they could see us. And i had to physically go over to the register and tell em we were ready i still i wasnt an ass and lefr a tip
