Sorry but this was for sure the most displeasing testing site out of the four i've done in different locations. I suppose each testing site has different procedures but what did it for me was that the staff here wants to communicate with you while having your windows rolled up, it makes it difficult for them and for you to hear each other.

Yes, this location you will need an appt. There are other locations that allow walk up.
