I don’t know why but the cashiers at smart and final are cold and mean. Not just this smart and final but all of them. The store itself DOES have pretty much everything you could want, including brands that aren’t available in this area, so they get a 4. But if I’m shopping in person I like to have a little human kindness thrown in there, otherwise I could just order it online or through Instacart. It could just be me and my ugly mug of a face though.

Expired products. I show the items to the employee, and she told me "ohh it's ok" I'll never shop at this store again

Busy store today after Thanksgiving, but it took me less than 4 minutes to pay and get out, in a line a 20 people. Also I always find what I'm looking for and at very good prices. For example: a gallon of 2% reduced milk for 2.99. Cashiers are quick, friendly, helpful and must of them bilingual (Español/English) fresh food all the time. I recommend this store.

The cashier Cassandra I do believe that was her name. A very young pleasant pretty girl. Was very kind and courteous. Gave me excellent customer service. She must be that way all the time. Because as she was ringing me up. A regular name Joe went out of his way to tell her hello and happy Halloween. If I frequent this one as often. I might do the same as she kept getting me excellent customer service. Smart & final I think she deserves some type of raise. Because money talks when you have good employees.
