A free cat doesn't come with vaccinations, a microchip, and already spayed or neutered.
It costs way more than $65 to get a cat vaccinated and to spay or neuter them. Unless you are an irresponsible pet owner that doesn't do those things. $65 is a great price for a healthy kitty!
