I had to take my daughter in last night after being at families for Easter, she hit her head on her brothers scooter. She is 6 years old & deaf. The nurse & the Dr. were wonderful with her & I can not say enough nice things about our experience. Great place!!

I absolutely love St. Charles here in Prineville. After moving to the area a year or so ago, I am happy to say that I have found a great PCP who is personable, listens and I feel like she really cares. Her med assistants are the same way. I appreciate the ease of using My Chart to communicate with any questions or concerns. Messages are answered in a very reasonable time frame. Most recently I found myself needing to go to urgent care. With what was going on, they decided I needed to go over to ER. Everyone was awesome. I was seen fairly quickly and treated accordingly. There were a couple volunteers helping out and they were fantastic. The ER doctor even called me a couple of days later to see how I was doing, AND my PCP even popped in while I was in ER because she had seen my messages in the My Chart communications. I have first hand experienced the compassion and care from everyone there. I would recommend to anyone living in the Central Oregon area.

2 minutes agoNEW I would like to start by saying that I have had many doctors in my last 30 years as I have many serious health issues! That being said leads me to my current doctor Dr. Christopher Brubaker. I dont like talking to doctors usually as I always fear I will be misunderstood or talked to in such a way that I feel intimidated or confused about the situation or issue at hand. Well let me say that I am finally understood by my doctor and also feel like ALL of my serious health issues are being addressed properly and are absolutely in the best hands possible . Doctor Brubaker seems to understand how I feel about every issue we discuss. I feel very important and confident about myself every time I see him in person or even talk to him on the phone. To me this is huge in my life and to my life. I have literally NEVER experienced this before with any other doctor and I have had many , many doctors. I can not find or arrange enough of the correct words to express the respect and the gratefulness I feel towards Dr. Christopher Bruebaker. I feel that he is the best of the best and he is the one addressing ALL of my health issues large and small, that to me is pretty awesome to realize this is my Doctor and the way he makes me feel is actually like a friend or family member. This young Doctor is so intelligent and practices such old school doctor / patient relationship that I wish I could do more to express my gratitude but for now I just really felt compelled to make it known to as many people as I can. I don't compliment people or services very well and never have but honestly this came very easy for me . I just really want to say thank you to Chistopher Brubaker for being my Doctor. Degraded by the doctor, he shared private patient information with us from other patients in his care, literally interrupted me while I was explaining why I was there and said “okay let me talk.” Super dissatisfied at the doctor that was assigned to my case and being a nurse myself.. being degraded was extremely rude. Also, pushed the COVID vaccine on me and then continued to degrade me and push his beliefs on me when I declined. Absolutely appalled.
