I had a good experience with Legacy when they installed my new system. They met the county inspector onsite for the perc test, discussed options, etc. When it came time for the installation, they did a nice job. Expect your yard to be completely torn up (no grass), but they did a nice job with rough grading. In the contract, they specify that final grading and seeding will be on your own. They left it in good shape for that step, in my opinion. I had good interactions with Dustin throughout the process. Ernesto and Francisco were great. Very kind, professional, and responsive. For example, they used their equipment to replant some tree saplings that would have otherwise been destroyed due to the new installation. They did not have to do it, but I appreciated the fact that they did. Also, my driveway sustained some cracking at the end closest to the yard from the dump truck repeatedly driving over it to dump stone. Per contract, driveway repair is not covered. But I asked if they wouldn't mind using their concrete saw to cut off about a foot of the driveway to get rid of the damaged area. They had no problem doing that. All in all, happy with the job they did.

I have TRUSTED Legacy Septic with my home since 2014. Always with simple maintenance, but last week I had my first septic issue. I called after hours and they answered the phone right away. The next morning Legacy had someone out to look at it. Legacy came up with a repair plan and a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. The repair went as planned and I'm back in business. I can't thank everyone enough. From Jenny who always answers my call to the gentlemen that performed the repairs. A huge THANK YOU. Keep up the great work!!!!
