Yes, there is a parking lot in 10th st.

Parking is there in both street and garage. This is NOT a handicap friendly place. You may have to stand a very long time so if you are not very mobile or standing in one spot hurts, be prepared. Staff are nice.

Paid Garages available within 3-4 blocks, but I've never had an issue finding street parking within 3-4 blocks usually near capital building.
