Web site says that you can sell clothes as long as you come 10 am to 4 pm. I got there at 1 pm and they turned me away. I washed and folded 3 full baskets of clothes . What a shame.

Not what it used to be. The selection of plus size clothing is a JOKE! Anything bigger than a size large is put on this tiny little rack labeled plus size and it is pathetic. The prices have gone up so high that it's sometimes cheaper to buy new than buy at this secondhand shop they call a "Thrift store." It seems like they've been more focused on bringing in brand new fast-fashion type clothing and less focused on buying quality clothes from the people that shop there. I used to go to this and other locations to find cute, affordable, second hand clothes and was always able to find something and sell my old clothes while shopping for new ones. Now they don't have the time to buy from me and I can't find much of anything bigger than a size large.

Changing rooms are almost always closed when I go! This past visit, they were closed for maintenance. Not worth your time to go to a secondhand shop if you can't try stuff on!

Most of the clothes they sell are overpriced. I have never been to a thrift store and spent $100 on four crewneck sweaters before. Then if you try to go and sell your clothes there they will barely take anything unless it's name brand or popular. As well as they absolutely rip you off with how much they pay you. I brought in 7 things and they paid me $30. Some of the things were new with tags. Might as well be the GameStop of thrift stores!

You bring it in and sign in at the counter. They'll call you up once they've gone through everything and assessed how much it's worth.
Yes
It's a great place to sell your clothes.
They don't give much cads But they will give you more $$ if you get store credit. They are very picky. They only take what's in season and it has to be extremely good shape.. they have a lot of good clothes to choose from if you decide you want to use the money towards store credit.
Great place to shop....why SPEND hundreds of dollars! Let the folks who HAVE BECOME BORED WITH THEIR OVER. PRICE $$$$ ITEMS WHICH QUITE OFF END UP A FREE STYLE🤗
You sure can! They are a retail store after all. They have two locations directly across the street from one another too that carry slightly different items.
You only get 40 percent on what they sell & they get 60 percenr.
Only if the items are of current styles as well as in season.
I think so but you will have to call and ask to make sure
We do! Just keep in mind we are a second hand store and we only pay out a percentage of cash or store credit. We also offer consignment as an option as well!
Sure. If they don't take it, weave (called True) is down the street if you can donate.
They have all sizes
I would give them a call and ask what the ballpark price they would pay you for them. If not what you'd like, I would try Article Consignment Boutique and Renaissance Consignment. Both are in Sacramento and are high-end in terms of their merchandise.
