Is a great place for your doggie to socialize and have a good exercise. Just be aware that in late spring and summer there is a lot of foxtail and burrs which can hurt your 4 legged babies!
The area adjacent to both parking lots is open. I typically keep Lou on leash while we are close to the 1st lot and close by as we approach the second lot which is a bit off the path. Wonderful place.
Not fenced completely. It's open space with nature preserves and the bay. There are trails. It's near a truck distribution center and a Costco. So best to walk the area first on leash. If your dog has good recall with the come command and knows to always know where you are no matter what, then try off leash.
