8AM to Sunset arround the year. During summer it could be 9 PM or during fall it could be 5 PM. Don't wait until it's dark. They maintain official sunset time and close the gate. If you have to stay little more than park your car on the street before entering park.

You can visit until it gets dark, which is typically around 7 pm in summer.
