Are there picnic tables road level to eat at?

I didn't see any picnic tables near the parking lot. They expect you to pay to take the tour and tram.

It was a year ago that we were there and didn't recall any tables at parking lot level to have a picnic. Winery had a great view but found it very pricey with ok wine.
