We do accept Section 8/Housing Vouchers thru the local Housing Authority. We are also pet friendly, however, there is an additional $300 pet deposit & pet agreement (rules). We do not have a waiting list & currently do not have any openings at this time. I would be happy to explain how the application process works for our apartment complex. $925 for a 1 bdrm and yes, they accept pets and sec8. No waiting list, you must call everyday to see if there is an opening. They are bad at returning calls. Good luck
