LA BALLOONS is the cleanest, most well organized balloon store in Los Angeles County. Their prices range from wholesale with deferred tax to retail and are in line with everybody else's prices. They sell Qualatex which is one of the best brands around -- professional quality. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Free parking and enough of it -- although one might have to park technically in the Jack In the Box lot which seems to be no problem for short term parking.
