This place is absolutely horrible. Not only do they answer the phone with an attitude but they canceled the reservation a day before the rental date. They’re unreliable. Do not rent your car here or you’ll be left stranded without a car when you need it the most. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Rent someone where else.

It was a nonsense experience. I had booked a car several days before I visited the branch. On the day I arrived exactly at the time when I supposed to take the car in the morning(10:00am). But the dull male staff! told me that they don’t have any available car right now, so I have to wait until they get the car from another branch. Execuse me? And he added that he didn’t know how much time did I have to wait. I had a meeting at 11:00am, so I couldn’t (and also didn’t have to!) wait the car. I had no choice but to cancel my reservation and had to take a Uber. And the dull guy made me call customer service ‘by myself’ and cancel the reservation. The whole situation was a nonsense, thinking how much big a company Hertz is. And the guy treated the problem like it’s not his business was so aweful. He even didn’t say any apologies. Like ‘take it or not’ attitude. This experience made me feel Hertz so untrustworthy. I’m so disappointed.

The price dropped last minute, and therefore i got less than $200 for a middle size SUV for 5 days. The only unpleasant thing is when I collected the car, I was required to present my passport after I gave them my driver licence. The requirement isn’t on the contract and I had to leave straight away for my road trip, so I have to argue a bit but the manager said it’s fine at the end

Was referred here from a local dealership for a car rental while my car is in the shop. To be fair, I didn’t ask what time they closed, as I saw on Google they closed at 6. Turns out, they close at 5. When I arrived after work, I was greeted with a “We’re closed. We close at 5.”. So, I called an Uber. While waiting I took a picture of their updated hours and posted them to their Google Maps page. (I’m so helpful!) While doing so, another employee said approached me, I explained my situation as they said “We’re closed.”, again. I told them the dealership sent me but that they didn’t tell me the hours. The employee said, “Well, they know we close at 5.”. I replied, “Fair enough.”, and waited about 20 minutes in a parking lot for my Uber while all the employees locked up and joyfully left for the day. Look, I can’t blame them, when it’s closing time, it’s time to go. I get it. I won’t be coming back during regular operating hours. Bonus photo of me showing what time they actually close.
