Dr. Ayvazian has gone above and beyond to help my mother through a very complicated surgery that saved her foot along with other podiatry needs that have surfaced with age. The office does get busy but that is because the doctor doesn't turn away patients in need he prioritizes providing excellent care and has made sure my mother doesn't endure any additional suffering by providing the type of compassionate care that is very rare and he has squeezed her in for necessary appointments when needed and it is greatly appreciated on our end. The type of care obtained is definitely worth the wait and any front desk nuisance. In addition Alice provided excellent physical therapy for my mother and was a huge help with her recovery.

This place survives only because of Dr. Ayvazian and Garukian. Very very very unprofessional front office reception. They are not welcoming the patients. Employee faces are always mad and angry, they never smile. They look always so scared. They are always in rush, always arguing with each other and seem always breathless from their work. And it makes the patients scared. For 15 minutes they appoint 3 patients. So imagine how much delay the patients get. You wait for 1-2 hours for your turn, even though you are ptomp for your time. Please look for another place.
