If I could rate this dealership a ZERO, I would! I made the mistake of taking my car here for a $7k repair. From day one, I have never been able to get the service advisor to return my call, and I have had to initiate all communication. They don’t answer their office line in service most of the time, or their cell phones. Leaving a message is pointless and goes unanswered. The service manager does not return calls either - he just puts pressure on his advisors to call back the unhappy customer. I spoke to someone in finance today regarding my insurance company paying via electronic check. His idea of addressing the question was to keep the phone to his ear and tell out repeatedly to people in his office “Hey does service accept electronic payment?” I’ve left a message in the sales department asking for the dealer manager to call me back. Never happened. This dealership is extremely unprofessional & unhelpful. I’d like to offer anyone out there a piece of advice; don’t buy a car here or have it serviced here. Go elsewhere. Sadly it will make me think again before purchasing another KIA!

I went yesterday 7/30/22 to buy my 4th Kia . I got the stinger ,turnrs head everywhere I go😝thanks MILTON KHAN. I was about to step out the dealership and he made it happen . I had fun with ROGER EID FUNNY GUY . Looking forward to trade my telluride for a new one . Keep up the good work guys.

If you are looking for a Kia, GO HERE. The managers and the sales staff are very friendly and ready to work with you. They were willing to go through all the options and make sure I got the deal I was looking for. Unfortunately due to a family emergency, I had to use their 72 hr No Hassle return policy which I’m surprised they stuck to. I would like to highlight Erik from sales and Sam the manager. Although in the end, the deal had to be terminated, I would recommend these guys to ANYONE. They really care about what you need and want vs trying to upswell you to the best and most expensive package.
