I could not have had a better experience at New Century VW!!! They were wonderful and helpful the moment I stepped onto the showroom floor and I worked with Carlos who was easily the BEST associate I’ve ever worked with when buying a car! He had an amazing amount of knowledge and patiently walked me through all of my options and managed to get the exact car I wanted even in this crazy time that there aren’t any available normally. I had the car in just a few days and the document process was easy and quick. Can not say enough great things about the experience! Carlos you are the best!!!!!

Absolutely useless. All I needed was a tire removed and the new tire, that I already had, put on my wheel. Was told it couldn’t be done because it was over tightened. Might add they were the last to touch the wheels on the vehicle in the first place. Was then sent to a tire shop to do it, who sent me back here to rent a $200 wrench set that did not fit my vehicle, thus forcing me to tow my car back to my house and be absolutely where I started with zero answers. They don’t know what they’re doing with cars that they manufacture and to my understanding, that’s kind of the point of dealerships having service departments. Every time I walked in I waited 10-15 minutes for service from somebody passing by. Ridiculous. If you’re not there to buy a car and fatten someone’s commission check, they don’t care at all that you exist or what your issue is.

Everything with these guys is not covered under warranty, and they claim that it is due to excessive wear and tear. What is the point of a warranty if you can never utilize it? I wish I had bought a Toyota or a Honda. This automobile has been nothing but a source of frustration for me, and I still have two years left on my lease. VW automobiles are not recommended by me.

There is no indoor waiting area during Covid-19. They do have a few outdoor chairs, but most customers are encouraged to leave the vehicle and pick it up when service calls
