I've run into the same problem a couple times as well. I finally figured out a good time to go. Seems like they are out of some things if you wait until after 1
8pm or sell out. Great BARBECUE moves fast and is never baked. Its BBQ.
They close when they run out of food. It takes them a few hours every day for a quality cook. The alternative is dry or under baked barbeque. Try getting there a little earlier. I find the options decrease around 2pm. They have lines and can run out but the quality is good.
