Typically I head home after surfing at Lindamar around 2pm and it's open 50% of the time. I would say it's best to get there before noon. BTW, they are not open year-round.
I've gone there a few times around 2pm to avoid the lunchtime lines and they had plenty of food.
Your guess is as good as mine. I've been there 4 times during business hours and only once were they open.They close when the run out of meat. So show up before closing and get a larger portion.
