It's Saturday December 24th at 3:30 PM in the afternoon and a couple of people still have Christmas Eve packages to deal with. How are we going to deal with them? Knock on the post office box pick up door and wait patiently for the very kind and gracious Lisa to come to our aid. While some people have complaint's about Postal workers I can definitely say without reservations Pacifica's Manor Post Office really came though today! I cannot thank Lisa enough for taking time to answer the knock and help out us lace comers for our Christmas packages. Well Lisa! Well done Pacifica Main Post office! Well done US Postal Service. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Recently remodeled after someone tried to park their car in the front lobby. It was closed for months. The new staff here are really friendly, the office is brand new and the line doesn't seem to take too long. It's the only post office I know with an ocean view so it's not a bad place to wait in line. I often go take a peak at the waves before leaving.

Last September I mailed my rent check directly from Pacifica Manor PO. First time, as I usually drop at the Linda Mar PO (which by the way is awesome)! Thinking all is well, but October 7th I received a text saying my rent check didn't come and my landlord knows we always pay early. I checked my WF Bank account and to my surprise my check cleared the bank. When I printed out the check to provide to my landlord I was shocked! My check had been altered!! Someone lifted my landlords name and put another name in and actually cashed the check. Ummm... I filed a fraud report with WF Bank and The Post Master General, since it was delivered directly to the Manor Post Office. Let me say the person at the PO said they were sorry if it was an internal job. Strange! What's this about? WF finally paid on the check but to this day I have never heard back anything from PO. I have called multiple times and not much luck. Finally someone told me it was sent to customer service to deal with and didn't volunteer to provide number. I got a SF number and left message but never received a call back. So, 6 months later still nothing from PO. Believe me, I won't be going back to Manor PO. Sad, sad experience! Wonder if anyone from their office ever reads these! Maybe they will be shamed into doing something different. Again, I recommend Linda Mar Post Office!!! Amazing Service!!!!

There is a scale at the self service kiosk in the lobby. Follow prompts as if you are going to mail the luggage to get the weight.
No. Everything here occurs by counter service only.
They have full passport services here. I know that you have to schedule an appointment so I would suggest you go there and schedule an appointment. The staff is super friendly and helpful but again you will need to schedule an appointment.
