Average couple hundred dollars 3 or 4 times a month and i have Never been offered a free room, while spending less at Turning Stone and they send me 2 free stays i can use Bi-monthly. I also know several people that spend a couple hundred weekly there and have never been offered a free stay, so Del Lago must have much higher standards for free rooms, which is a shame and a loss for them as when i go to Turning stone and stay i bring an extra 300 to 500 dollars just because i know i will be there longer and appriciate the room

Rooms and other promotions are based on an algorithm that takes into consideration how often you play, how much you bet, if you only take advantage of free play or use your own money and the algorithm classifies the players and the promotions each player receives included comped rooms

Usually free rom offers are for weekdays at most casinos I have been comped. While playing you can always ask a pit boss or Slot manager for a comp. I have been comped while playing from cigarettes 3packs at a time to dinner, room, shows etc. It all depends on how high they value you sticking around.

Lately it's been very very sad the way you get rooms I had to used my points Its not just hard to get rooms it's hard to get tickets for shows They don't think everyone don't have 500/1000s dollars they can just lose I have a fixed income do little jobs on the side and come to Del Lago.... We use to go there every 3 to 4 weeks. While we received several free rooms, I receive a brochure every week with free room offers and when I immediately call, all rooms are already taken. This last time, I was told we hadn't gambled enough recently. We haven't been there for a few months because my hubby had extensive major surgery. Their loss. Seneca Niagara offered us a free room as well as dinner. We'll spend our money there.
