They have nice staff and great food...around lunch time it's full but other then that they are pretty fast

Extremely disappointed in the service at this location. We were on our way home from a camping trip in the thousand islands and decided McDonald's would be easy for lunch. So pulled into this one that we've used the drive thru for many times in the past. Decided to dine in as we've already been in the car for 2 hours. Knowing we had 40 mins to go till home we figured it's fast food so we would be in and out within 30 mins after eating. Ordered our food and went to get our seat and drinks when we heard a very upset customer asking for their food and said our family has been waiting 45 mins. The manager proceeded to give him a bad attitude claiming he didn't agree the customer showed him the time on the receipt. The wife asked for a refund and the manager refused. It took 25 mins before we were given our food and the lady just threw our tray down on the table knocking our fries into our lap and walked away rolling her eyes saying sorry sarcastically. I said to her that's not how you should be treating customers and we're very disappointed in the customer service we've received. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I told her since they don't want to do her job then I will so I spoke up so all the customers could hear and said "attention everyone there's at least a 20 minute wait to get your food" there was some laughs and smiles. I get if you're understaffed and all your attention is on the drive thru, but don't open a dining room if you can't staff it. The counter person for the dining room was running drive thru customers orders to them when people were waiting to order at the counter. Shame on whoever this manager is.

Tried to go one night and after we waited in the line for 10 minutes we FINALLY got to order. Pulled up to pay and handed the man the card and he handed it back and rudely said "I tried it 4 times it's not working" when I said I know there is money on it can you please try it again he said "I told you I tried it 4 times" so I simply said okay and drove away. The very next day I had cash so we decided to try again. We went to the outside lane and three cars went through the inside lane and got their orders and no one even began to say hello or they would be with us. We waited there for another 5 to 10 minutes and ended up just pulling away because no one was helping. Needless to say I will NOT be trying again!

Not only does the food take forever and is usually wrong, but what you actually do get looks like a blind 5 year old made it.

That is not uncommon. I don't know whether it's bad management or whatever, but they just don't seem to do it right. I stopped going there.
With all the food getting smaller/thinner I have no doubt that their future is not looking so good. The meat is very greasy. I for 1 don't like the Food. As far as them eating out of the garbage can. I for 1 don't believe that part. Do you really?
