Well, it's a casino. There are multitudes of games to play for every person. You like slots, great. You like blackjack, fantastic. You like gambling, go here, there's plenty more games too. Accessible and a nice atmosphere. Loads of staff that were helpful and some just seemingly walking around. I had fun and hope to get back there.

Beyond disappointed with the attitude of one of the employees at the entrance to the casino. We were celebrating a big event with people from out of town and we made reservations for dinner at Portico's on line. We get to the Casino entrance and are informed by a somewhat snarky employee that we could not enter because we had a 3 year old. No one under the age of 21. There was no other way to get to the restaurant. I say snarky because he smiles as he informs us that there was no way we could enter to get to the restaurant and he commented that this happens every weekend. Come on! If this happens every weekend, why has it not been addressed? Here is an idea: When people are making reservations online, before confirming the reservation, ask if they have anyone in their party under the age of 21. At this point they will be informed and can make other plans if necessary. Wake up people! There was no reason for us to have the experience that we did. We will not be returning. We do not gamble. We just wanted a good meal. There are many other restaurants and that's where we will be going in the future.

Michelle is so awesome. We came from Toronto and travelled to New York on a mini road-trip vacation. One hour after departing from New York, our car had an error message indicating ‘no engine restarts in 300 kilometres’. We were totally freaked out and decided to stay at a hotel 270 kilometres away so that we could drive to the car dealership first thing in the morning before heading back. We arrived at the del Lago Resort & Casino hotel around 10:10PM on Sunday, May 22, 2022. Because it was a last minute drop-in, the hotel seemed to be fully booked. We explained our situation and the risk of driving with the possibility of shutting-down at any minute, and Michelle totally understood our situation. She tried to make some arrangements, and finally managed to get a room for us at a very reasonable rate. What a relief! After having to go through a rather worrisome ordeal, it was so lovely to have someone willing to help us out. I would like to thank Michelle for her kindness and good heart. With this quality of service, I am sure del Lago Resort & Casino will remain prosperous for many years to come. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends who need to make a stop on the way home to Canada.

We not only went there to play at the casino, we ate there also. The food was great! The people who worked there, n EVERY PLACE THERE were very respectful and friendly. The bathrooms were extremely clean! We did not use the hotel/motel part, so I cannot speak about that. We will definitely go back!
