I must say that I haven't eaten at ciccino's many times in the past. I'm wondering if it's possible if they may be Under New Management. The food doesn't seem to taste as good as it used to. Still good just not as good.

Please call the respective location in which you had ordered from in order to receive a credit for the mistake As always, we are more than willing to make things right as soon as managment is made aware of it. The service and food has always been great. Only once did we have an issue with a pizza. I sent them an email and received a call within 10 or 15 minutes with an offer to rectify the issue! They can't fix something they don't know about! Love Ciccino's!
Have always received my wings, (same way Mary Ellen ordered ) the way I ordered them. I would have addressed right away.
