Stay away from this motel. Toilet didn't flush unless you hold down the handle. No room service even after you request it days in advance. Phone in the room didn't work. TV didn't work and was smaller than other rooms. Called to repair, they never fixed it. Iron for your clothes leaks out the side and the door key 🔑 keeps malfunctioning. Have to ask for Toilet paper and towels. One college girl going to Buffalo U in housekeeping was great. Front desk rarely answers the phone. Pool has no water. Air conditioning doesn't blow cold. One week of severe disappointment. They will not clean your room. Carpet in one section of the motel was flooded. Just don't bother here.

The place is a complete pig pen. Nothing works and everything is filthy. Room filthy, exercise room non-sanitary and non-functional. Didn't bother with the pool--Probably green. I had a 20 day reservation. Checked in late first day, I checked out the next day. Offered my compliant. They said tough on the refund. The basically stole my money. I would recommend you pitch a tent with no toilet--you be better served.

I’m giving an extra star only because the bed was at least comfortable, but as far as the hotel and room, not so great. As soon as we walked in it had a very unpleasant smell. We get to the elevator and it reeks like weed. I get it. You can’t control what people do, but it did leave me with the concern that it was going to be a “party” hotel. It was quiet thankfully. Now on to the room. It had a white dust lined perimeter around the room on the carpet. You could see it hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. There was also dust on the dresser and even the desk chair. There was something on the back of our door. No idea what that was. There were obvious places where you could see the room/building needed some updates. We stayed two nights and I typically unpack and put the clothes in the dresser. I didn’t feel comfortable doing that here. When we were leaving to go home I opted to just avoid that shower and shower at home. Our shower had hair in it that didn’t belong to us. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Terrible. The place was a mess. The whole front hallway and rooms smelt from the town dump. Rooms are run down. Staff was terrible. I guess it under new management and they're selling it to sell it so they don't care. Quality Inn should take their name of it. I have stayed there once a year for 13yr. It use to be very good . Never again.
