Yes they do. I go shopping with my mother in-law all the time and she need one. They are usually either rt outside the front entrance or rt inside, depends on which one you go to. Usually when you are done and going to your car the cart person follows and will help you put your groceries in your car if needed and they'll take the scooter back also.
