I finally, (if you want them to answer the phone fou have to call the Pro Desk) got the Manager, he concedes it's not my fault aand I will get a full refund. Everyone else goes by the script they are taught like robots. But, I have to wait for the order to actually arrive to cancel it and get a refund. In the meantime I had to rush out more thousands of dollars and purchase the flooring. Got great service and better price from Flooring Outlet in San Jose on Junction. Not to mention half the price for baseboard! No more home depot for big orders! But I'm glad I'll get a full refund.
