What happened? Go through the process Customers service, wright down time and date.next chain of command Store manager, After him or her , ask for an executive name you can contact. Write a letter. List your issues. Name of person you have spoken too. Date's etc ..after 6 weeks ..write another letter address this to the CEO of Costco. Wait 2 more weeks..address one more letter to the human resources department. They will contact their attorney. Who will send you a letter. To explain you rights...now it's up to you too take it too court. Hire you attorney at least $450 an hour paid all filing fee and all the court fee ..all for a rotten apple! Call In or On Site and speak with a manager. Costco is really good when it comes to customer service.
