Why are your employees, especially cashiers and persons in charge at front desk are so unfriendly and always looking so mad all the time. I'm a regular customer, at least 3 or 4 times a week and they are Soo rude. Need customer service training.

I have not had problems at the store, but they could often use more caahiers, as with mist stores these days. I think what they want, is just like what happened with self serve gas. They want us to do everything ourselves, and then charge more money than ever for the same goods. Let your cashier know they are valued, and always say thank you. Everybody needs to feel valued. It makes the world go round, as me and one casheir there, agreed, we do! People who work do make the world go round.
