Does the water district ever clean up the trees,leaves, and underbrush along the creeks behind homes to protect from fire danger

It will depend on whose property the vegatation is on. Best is to call the district and have someone come out and address the concern.

It all depends on if they have legal Right away access to the property...they do clean up a in some areas that are flood prone and or if they have fee-title and or easement. This is my undrestanding but To better find out if they do i would call them and ask.
