Yes we are open to the public. We expect cash and cards.

They say they take cards, but in reality they only take Debit. They really need to clarify that!!

They DO NOT TAKE DEBIT. FALSE STATEMENTS! They charge as an ATM withdrawal which will cause your bank to charge you "out of network" fees (GOE adds a $2.25 fee on top). NOT A DEBIT CHARGE. They do this to hide the purchase from banks. That's why they always over charge and give change.
