Kyle is the very best. I don't often write reviews but Kyle is so outstanding that I was motivated to write one. Kyle has been to my house twice trying to fix my oven. Unfortunately now we both think a new one is the only solution. If you have any problems with your appliances make Kyle and Jebs Appliance your first stop. I'm sure he will fix whatever is wrong in no time. So nice to find someone who is so honest and diligent, and has such a great work ethic.

Robin and Kyle provided the best customer service I ever had. She called me and made sure I try every possible ways before she scheduled me an on-site inspection. We had a call on Monday and she asked me to send a picture of sticker inside my refrigerator. I forgot and sent it to her on Saturday at 8am. I believe it was her off day and she still replied and followed up. Thank you Robin!! You guys are the best!!

In a panic I not only called Jeb's and left a message but also stopped at Sears and impulsively bought an electric dryer to replace the one that suddenly died on us. Robin at Jeb's returned my call. Can't say enough good things about Jeb's Appliance. Starting with Robin who's friendly, professional, knowledgable, good sense of humor and she told me what she thought was the problem. Decided to have Kyle come to the house to check out the dryer. Kyle is awesome, knows his stuff, also friendly and professional. After fixing our electric dryer he checked out the washer and gave us some tips and then walking through the kitchen checked out the refrigerator and again gave us some advice. He saved me over $500.00, needless to say I called Sears and cancelled the order. Not only is the service superb, this company harkens back to when businesses used to care about their customers - friendly, takes the time to listen and talk with you, does their best to help. I will always call Jeb's when I have an appliance that needs help.
