I got charged 200$ for this cake which was not only done with the wrong colors but was also given to me melting, falling apart and stained. I placed my order an entire month ahead to avoid this issue and the owner/baker didn’t care. They forgot all about my cake, they did it last minute, he admitted it was still hot when he ensambled it, and that he rushed through it.. the cake also tasted disgusting that none of my guests liked it! This was unacceptable specially after being charged that much. He couldn’t even apologize for his mistakes.

I love this place and its due to great customer service and the cakes are yummy! Pan dulce delish! The owner is a nice helpful man. There had been times I've order on a Thursday for a Sunday party and he does the job. But I do already have toppers.
