I'm a little upset because I went in and had a urinalysis done for my baby and now they are unable to read the results because the dr that did the test is not there until Tuesday! Do they do this to everyone?

Only 2 vets there. Always busy. No appointments taken. Everyone knows that it's first come first served. Best place for surgery. If you can't wait then go to another vet. It's been this way for 50 years. Us old school patients get it and totally appreciate Butchko and his crew. Best vet in S.California! .

Not that I know of, but butchko is notorious for making you wait, no matter the emergency or urgency of your pets situation, they work on a first come first serve basis
