They open at 8, there is no appointments. I recommend arriving at 7 am. There will be a line. They will check you in when it's your turn. You will be able to wait in your car, and then you will get called in. I would take a day off work.
Show up early with no food or water 8 hrs before cause they will do it right then and there.
