They do have 1 bench seat outside the main entrance, there's 1 more by the parking lot which might be a better place to meet up. There's also a large parking lot in the back but there's no seating available. Residents may take foldable chairs & utilize any of that large parking lot & stay away from others & meet up friends & family.
Its an older 11 story tower build in 1973. So it does look dated. Its elevators are slow. Good news is the people are nice and of course older. Many are studio units. They do have a dinner meal to encourage residents to get to know each other and socialize. They also have classes in nutrition and of course Bingo! If you have an older person who wants their independence in living this is a good choice!
