Tim, as mentioned in the previous answers turn around can vary by repair. On average right now we are about 2 weeks. Some simple repairs we get done quicker and some more complicated repairs take a little longer. The availability of repair parts has also had some effect of this recently. They told me 7-10 but called on day three at five pm for pickup. Mower working well. Have used this business for at least 20 years and have always had good service and results.
